Learning “groups of”

For the past week we have been learning about “groups of” (that’s multiplication to parents!!). The children have had fun making groups using coloured circles and counters before going onto the written format.

Visit by illustrator

Today we were visited by local illustrator, Wendy Straw. Wendy has illustrated many picture story books and is well known for her bold and bright drawings using pastels.
